Coded Welding

Here at Sparktech we undertake coded welding to ASME and BS, this covers a wide range of Stainless Steels for thicknesses and diameters that can be examined and certified.

All of our welders and fabricators work to these standards. Within Sparktech our welding team has over 30 years of experience in welding Pressure Vessels and Vacuum Vessels as well as small bore pipework and fittings. All pressure vessels are usually X-Rayed and tested so certificates can be supplied to specific requirements on completion.

Sometimes, the coded welding will require Dye Penetrant testing and Pressure testing this is something that Sparktech can carry out internally with Certificates of Conformity being supplied on completion of job.
